I wanted to let you know that your tool worked out better than we expected. My installers are very impressed how much time and effort it saves them. You know there are a lot of new tools out there on the market they claim to do this, that and the other thing and wind up being a waste of time. This is not one of those tools! I’ll be in touch with you when I start my second phase of construction to get one or two more.

After what seems like forever ordering items from Amazon that show up with substandard offshore (Chinese) cloned-don’t-care build quality, frequently manufactured in cheap white metal (my dad was an airline machinist), holy jeebus but it’s nice to receive something that is quality built and will survive beyond the one job and be there for many many more.
Your customer service has created a benchmark that I wish many others would follow as a reference.

Our Long-Fit carrier 2062T worked great. Here are a few pics of our 17-year-old neighbor kid setting a 60-pound paver. It’s the only one he set; I set all of the others. My point is that the Long-Fit is so simple to use that even a kid can do it. :-) I also used the Long-Fit carrier to transport the sixty-pounders by standing the stones up on their edges, and that worked very well.

Great product – helped enormously and saved a lot of time and headache to get all my small wall tile cutouts done. Cutter lasted for the current job and likely will for the next. However, if it wears out (has not after cutting holes and patterns into 18 tiles) I will definitely reorder this diamond tile cutter bit.

I haven’t found anything like the Long-Fit – you can lift and place a two by two-foot slab of granite without bending over with the exception of the vacuum systems which start at over a thousand dollars.

Customer comment: We finished laying heavy Bluestone pavers. 24”x 24” thickness varying between 1 1/2 inch to 2 inches. Each paver no less than 45 lbs.

This carrier turned out to be a great tool purchase!
I used it to set a large patio this weekend. Never dropped a paver. I used a permanent marker to mark where I needed to adjust for my two different sized placements. The grabbers were just slightly thicker than my gap of the paver, so I got it as close as possible then eased it into place with a rubber mallet.
I have got tons of compliments from neighbors and friends and my wife has already got coworkers asking how much I would charge to do a patio like this…
